Finding your way around Salut ERP

Use Salut ERP management in 🌐 Web or 🖥️ Desktop to prepare and review the business. The side menu opens Dashboard, SKUs, assortments, prices, stores, inventory, and reports. Always check the active store before saving.

On Windows, Desktop adds the counter tasks: POS, payments, and devices. The settings button opens preferences for that computer.

Changes saved in Web reach Desktop while the application is connected. If a recent change is missing, check the connection and reopen the relevant screen.

Work safely

• Read the summary before confirming inventory movements or payments.
• Do not close Desktop while it is finishing a payment or synchronising a sale.
• Use simple names and unique codes so products are easy to find.
• Sign out when another person will use the computer.

Help inside the application

Open Send feedback and explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and which store you were in. The message reaches the whole team and someone will pick it up within 24 hours. For help during business hours, use WhatsApp from 09:00 to 18:00 CET.
