Printer and cash drawer

These instructions assume the printer is connected and its Zadig driver is already configured.

1. Open Settings → Devices → Printer.
2. Select the detected printer and save.
3. Run a test print.
4. If the drawer is connected to the printer, enable it and confirm it opens with the test or intended payment.

In Settings → Receipts, you can choose the font, make the item name bold, and define the Z-report breakdown. Run another test after changing the format.

Tested equipment

Salut ERP has been tested with the models identified by our team during installation. Other compatible devices may work, but you should verify them with a test sale. If they do not work, contact us.

If the printer is missing, reconnect it, close only the device dialogue, and reopen it. If it prints unexpected characters or the drawer does not open, check Zadig, cable, paper, and the drawer connection before changing settings. See Troubleshooting.
